Elmo hears dogs barking from the Drawer, shade, and door. Elmo then opens his door and he's run over by half a dozen dogs (including Watson).
Mr. NoodleDorothy wants to know how you walk a dog. Mr. Noodle's brother Mr. Noodle walks his invisible dog.

Elmo Has a Question for You
Elmo counts seven ice-skating dogs plus one ice-skating seal.
A dog appears to ask Elmo who can have a pet dog and who can't. Birthday cakes can't, but a dog can have a birthday party. A big red ball can't, but a dog can play with a ball. A firetruck can't, but a dog can ride on a firetruck. Barkley can't because he's a dog. He's Linda's dog. Mr. Noodle's brother Mr. Noodle is still walking his invisible dog.
Elmo's friend Casey takes care of her new pet dog.
TV has fun acting like a dog and Elmo wants the TV to tune in to The Dog Channel. Even the dogs wanted to see The Dog Channel with Elmo. The Lecture Lady talks to a dog about his emotions. Coming up next: Woof or Consequences with Bob Barker, followed by Hamlet ("starring a Great Dane!").
InterviewMr. Noodle's brother Mr. Noodle is still walking his invisible dog and is loving it! Elmo talks to some dogs who demonstrates what dogs do but left for getting food. Then, William Wegman's dogs appear to show what kids of jobs they can have. One dog shows Elmo that a dog can be a guard dog. The other shows Elmo that a dog can be a circus dog before Tickle Me Land takes over.
Tickle Me Land
William Wegman narrates Dorothy's imagination in which she imagines Elmo as a circus dog, a sheep dog and a sled dog.
Elmo's Home Video
Elmo calls TV to come over here like a dog and turns on to present "Telly Pretends to Be a Dog." After the home video, Elmo throws a plush dog and wants TV to fetch.
