Elmo opens his door and sees dozens of bicyclists in a race.
Mr. NoodleDorothy wants to know how you ride a bike. Mr. Noodle's brother Mr. Noodle tries riding a tiny tricycle before he figures out how to ride a two-wheeler... frontwards.
Dorothy Wants to Ask Someone Else
Kids demonstrate how to ride a bicycle, a bike with training wheels and a two-wheeler, while a baby gets a ride in a bicycle baby seat ridden by her father.
Elmo Has a Question for You
Elmo counts the three wheels on a tricycle ridden by a monkey and a bicycle with (4) and without (2) training wheels ridden by a banana.
Elmo asks yes/no questions on what else has wheels. Horses don't have wheels. Ice cream cones don't have wheels, but you can get an ice cream cone from an ice cream truck, which has wheels. Zoe doesn't have wheels, but her Zoemobile does.
Super Grover tries to show Elmo how he can ride his super bike in the sky, but he loses his concentration and crashes on the ground, destroying the bike. Super Grover needs practice...so does the bike.
Elmo's friend Tyler learns how to ride a bike with some help from his mom.

Tickle Me Land
Dorothy imagines Elmo as a professional cyclist winning the "Tour de Chance," a paperboy on his bike, an older gentleman who is hit on the nose by a newspaper, and a juggling circus unicyclist.
- Beginning with this episode, when the door closes during an interview, the descending twang sound is mixed with a lower pitched descending slide sound, which the last bit can be heard, even when the updated boing sound in E flat is heard.
